Dashboard

The TensorRail Collect dashboard is where you watch your account balance grow, manage the USDT wallet you settle to, and request settlements. If you integrate, everything here is also available over the API.

Account balance

Your account balance is the value TensorRail has collected and aggregated for you: everything collected across your corridors, consolidated into your settlement currency, net of fees and anything already settled out or held back. It is a ledger balance in an aggregation and settlement service; it records what is owed to you between collection and settlement.

The balance view shows:

  • Available balance: value that is cleared and can be settled now.
  • Pending balance: collections received but not yet cleared for settlement (for example, still within a corridor's clearing window).
  • Reserve / held: any amount held under your reserve terms or a compliance or dispute hold. See your fees and settlement terms and Merchant Agreement.

You can break the balance down by corridor and by currency, and export the underlying collections for your own reconciliation.

Collections

Every collection appears with its local-currency amount, the payment method used, the corridor, the converted value credited to your account balance, its status, and a reference you can match to your own records. Use this view to reconcile what your customers paid against what reached your balance.

Saved USDT wallet

You settle to a USDT wallet you control. In the dashboard you:

  • Save the wallet address and its network.
  • View the currently active settlement wallet.
  • Change the wallet, subject to a verification step.
Changing your settlement wallet is a sensitive action

Your saved USDT wallet is where your money goes. Changing it triggers additional verification, and TensorRail may apply a short hold on settlements to a newly added wallet as a security measure. Keep the address correct: crypto settlements sent to an address you provided cannot be reversed by TensorRail.

Request settlement

When you have available balance, you request a settlement to your saved USDT wallet.

A settlement request shows you, before you confirm:

  • The amount to settle.
  • The settlement fee and any conversion component.
  • The net USDT you will receive.
  • The destination wallet.

After you confirm, the settlement moves to processing and then to completed, with the on-chain reference recorded against it. You can also arrange scheduled settlements (for example a regular automatic settlement of available balance) instead of requesting each one manually. Settlement timing and any minimums are covered in Fees and settlement terms.

Statements and reporting

The dashboard provides:

  • Settlement statements: each settlement with gross, fees, conversion, and net USDT.
  • Collection reports: collections by corridor, method, and period.
  • Balance history: how your account balance moved over time.

Users and access

Invite team members and control what each can do (for example, view-only versus permission to request settlements or change the settlement wallet). Keep settlement-wallet and settlement-request permissions tightly held.
